I personally have really liked living here! Colby has always been so great to work with and our maintenance man Will is always going above and beyond. The only thing I’ve been a little bit upset about is how much my rent has shot up due to moving in on a special which is understandable but also frustrating. I also don’t like the fact that our utility bill that we get every month from the apartment is very large. But other than that everything is usually really clean and everyone’s very helpful!

I haven't moved in yet and I already am so happy and excited for Friday when I do. The management was willing to work with me to get me in an apartment and I am SO grateful for that. They allow pets so I can live with my best friend again after living in a place that didn't allow dogs. Colby has been so great and helpful through the whole process, so extra shout out to her. Highly recommended!

Constance, in leasing is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond for all her residents, genuinely care about each and everyone of us. Constance has made my experience here at Park feeling so welcomed and recognized as a resident. There is no big or small task she will get it done for each and everyone of us! Mr Will (in maintenance) there aren’t enough ways to tell you thanks for all your hard work. No matter what time or day you’re always there with an excellent attitude no matter how big or small the problem is you get the job done! This place is absolutely the "BEST" I have ever seen it. I'm a native to Longmont and have seen these apartment's go through alot,and gitta say they look so much more inviting. I was also impressed with an outside drive in movie the staff here provided for the tenants and was very pleased. "Spectacular job to the staff!"🤗👍

I personally do not have one complaint! I think management is awesome and maintenance is very quick to respond! When it snows sidewalks are cleared before I even wake up. Very animal friendly and clean

I absolutely love the staff here! They are always willing to help and go out of their way to communicate with us. I enjoy living here, we have great neighbors, it's quiet and the grounds are kept very clean and managed. I will be renewing my lease again and have referred 2 close friends who live here as well!

We met with a very pleasant and knowledgeable young woman by the name of Constance. She answered all of our questions is very friendly and outgoing. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Since my wife and I will be moving into the state of Colorado in the next week I am looking forward to seeing Constance again.
