I have live here for a awhile. At first it was not my first choice. It is my first time renting on my own and I did not understand how the whole rental finance worked. Jeana had made it possible for me to understand. She had been helpful throughout the time I have live here. Jeana is one of the hardest worker I saw and got the pleasure getting to know. Communication respectfully with the Landlord much blessings will come for they are there to help and guide you so you can have a comfortable long stay. I love the security at this apartment at time the part on the door will end up being broken but maintenances get it fixed asap. The maintenance are good on time management on getting the things in your home fixed. I loved my neighbors, very respectful people that lives in the building. The pool is open majority of the summer lots of family that enjoy the area so it is never dull. Getting together and knowing our neighbors is a wonderful feeling. A good size little park for the children. I do believe more updates on the building can be made. This will improve on residents happy meter: -Improve on laundry room and more washer a dryers -Address residents to take comforters to laundry mat and not to use the washers and dryers in the building -Windows need more security. Can see and feel the window shake on heavy windy days and ranks up heating and cooling cost. All in all, I have loved every moment being here. I loved how the apartments maintain the parking lot. Having to pay for a parking on the lot. No, it is not much only 8$ a month which is very reasonable and a sure way that your vehicle does not need to be on the street. I would recommend others to live here. It is a good feeling to know the people that work here is understanding of others situation.

Been living here for 4 months now, and figured I’d finally do a google review. Before moving in, the reviews made me nervous. I am a person with low credit, but I also have children that need to be housed. Jeanna, the office manager, and her partner at the time were nothing but angels through the process and fought for me and my child to have one of their units. Since then, they have been empathetic towards my situations, quick with responses from maintenance, and truly people I can trust. The maintenance guy, TK, is a whole other story! His character and kindness shines through every interaction we have had to have. He is extremely honest about what’s going on with your unit issues at hand, and maybe sometimes it’s not always an immediate fix, things are done extremely quickly compared to other places I have lived. I’ve built quite a community of what I’d say are lifelong friends here, and it’s a breath of fresh air to see children ALWAYS out playing and laughing. Thank you Park on 14th!

I've lived here for years. I love it. Had my first real maintenance issue recently. Due to normal wear and tear my kitchen sink gave out. Leak up top and under. I caught it fast. No damage underneath from water. I went into the office late on Thursday. Joe came by on Friday. The problem was obvious. He quickly and efficiently changed out my faucet with the same type of faucet. (Style). No mess. No problems. No wait. No fuss. Great jog, chief.

Jeana, the office manager, is what makes Park on 14th such a great place to live. She’s kind, caring and is invested in the well being of her tenants. She has a really great team, Becca & Joe, who work just as hard as Jeana to keep our property beautiful & functional. This is a really lovely place to live, and it’s even better to have an office staff that treat you like humans and not just a unit number.

Hi! Current resident here with another great review for the team that runs Park on 14th. This time my praise is going to TK, Tarl, the new maintenance person. We had a few small issues in our unit last week and TK was here within 48 hrs to fix what we had submitted on that request. And just this morning I submitted a maintenance request around 11:30 for something in the kitchen and bedroom and TK is here right now to fix the issues. It's very impressive and I'm really glad TK has joined the team. Thank you to everyone who helps keep Park on 14th running!

I have lived here for two years now and Park on 14th is definitely an older property that requires routine maintenance and upkeep. Thankfully, we have Joe and Jeana who are incredible assets to us. I had a leak in my bathtub that was steaming up my entire bathroom and Jeana coordinated with Joe extremely quickly to get it fully resolved! Joe is a breath of fresh air, especially compared to the former maintenance guy. It is hard to trust a stranger to come into your home and fix things, but he is so kind and is working tirelessly through many many requests. When there is any kind of emergency maintenance they are so quick and show real concern rather than ever blowing me off. Jeana is especially kind and willing to walk residents through their questions, especially lease questions. As long as you communicate your needs to the office, you will receive fantastic service despite the residents seriously outnumbering the staff. The staff maintains professionalism despite some residents hurling some pretty horrific insults at them that I overheard on my way to the office. I'm blown away at how on it Jeana is and that she genuinely cares about the residents. She truly works harder than I have ever seen a property manager work, and I rented many different apartments during my college years. If Jeana and Joe were not so wonderful, this property simply could not operate effectively. Thank you for all y'all's hard work!!

I personally have really liked living here! Colby has always been so great to work with and our maintenance man Will is always going above and beyond. The only thing I’ve been a little bit upset about is how much my rent has shot up due to moving in on a special which is understandable but also frustrating. I also don’t like the fact that our utility bill that we get every month from the apartment is very large. But other than that everything is usually really clean and everyone’s very helpful!

I haven't moved in yet and I already am so happy and excited for Friday when I do. The management was willing to work with me to get me in an apartment and I am SO grateful for that. They allow pets so I can live with my best friend again after living in a place that didn't allow dogs. Colby has been so great and helpful through the whole process, so extra shout out to her. Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely the "BEST" I have ever seen it. I'm a native to Longmont and have seen these apartment's go through alot,and gitta say they look so much more inviting. I was also impressed with an outside drive in movie the staff here provided for the tenants and was very pleased. "Spectacular job to the staff!"🤗👍

I absolutely love the staff here! They are always willing to help and go out of their way to communicate with us. I am not sure why my first review did not get posted, so I will repost. I must give praise were praises to… Constance is very friendly, outgoing and knowledgeable about the apartments we looked at. My wife and I will be moving back to Colorado in a week and it is very difficult to find anything because of the population. Constance educated us on the surroundings and also the apartment complex. We are looking forward to seeing Constance again!!

I moved in to park on 14th a little over a year ago. This is a great place to have your children grow up there is a park and a pool to play . Most of your neighbors are like family, children play together and adults talk. There is also a place for our fur family members to play in a nice sized dog park. Will (maintenance) is great at his job and friendly (over worked) . Colby (management) is a friendly person and a wonderful land lord. Together Colby and Will keep this place clean and maintained. All in all a great place to live.

We have loved the time we spent here. We moved here for our first apartment and it has been nothing but the best. We get help with anything we need fixed or touched up. Will and Colby have been very helpful to us in every way they could. I love how they make the living community based and include everyone on the activities. Overall I would highly suggest living here, it’s definitely family friendly.

Over the past several months and thru out 2020, my husband and I have had the absolute pleasure of interacting with the Leasing Manager-Colby, on behalf of our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. She worked diligently and graciously on our behalf. And every encounter we've had with her We were treated with the utmost respect and professional courtesy. I must apologise on our family's account..as We were unable to fulfil our collective end of obligations it would take to live at Park on 14th.. I can see that Colby works over and above for everyone and is one of the most courteous professional people I've ever met in apartment management ..and I am a mother and grandmother and have lived this planet for quite sometime! Any family who can get their family in there are blessed to do so and I can assure you you will have great management. All of this in 2020-2021 at that! Our family simply wishes to give you the highest rating possible in customer service, Hence this review! I am so thankful we found this a year ago to leave Colby is a great manager, I feel good knowing if anything goes up she takes care of it right, The different activities she comes up with makes you want to live here, Wil the guy that does everything always greets you with a smile and ask how your doing and always willing to help, if its to open door for you or helping carrying groceries up for you. Park on 14th Ave is a great place to live where they care about the tenants.

Colby, the apartment manager, is amazing. She is quick to respond to emails or phone calls, and is very easy to talk to. Colby is easy to work with and very understanding, even during these uncertain times. She has done an amazing job with the apartments and with the slow changes they are turning around from just a couple years ago!!! If we weren't moving on to better our lives we would have stayed here a little longer under Colby!
