I just received the keys to my new apartment. Thank you Gina for helping us out. I would definitely recommend Gina if you’re looking for an apartment. I told her my situation and she was able to Get me approved within three business days. The apartment is in great shape. It’s clean inside and outside.

I love living at Park on 14th. The property manager Jeana is very approachable and helpful. Tarl is always willing to help but he will always say please put in a work order so I don't forget.

I've lived here for years. I love it. Had my first real maintenance issue recently. Due to normal wear and tear my kitchen sink gave out. Leak up top and under. I caught it fast. No damage underneath from water. I went into the office late on Thursday. Joe came by on Friday. The problem was obvious. He quickly and efficiently changed out my faucet with the same type of faucet. (Style). No mess. No problems. No wait. No fuss. Great jog, chief.
