Jeana, the office manager, is what makes Park on 14th such a great place to live. Sheâs kind, caring and is invested in the well being of her tenants. She has a really great team, Becca & Joe, who work just as hard as Jeana to keep our property beautiful & functional. This is a really lovely place to live, and itâs even better to have an office staff that treat you like humans and not just a unit number.

I moved in to Park on 14th at the beginning of the year. I've had nothing but great experiences with both Gina, the property manager and Joe, the maintenence man. I've only been here for about 3 months, but I am extremely happy so far!

My family has been here roughly 6 months and have no issues at all, the staff is very friendly and always makes sure to be available whenever we need them. We plan on staying for a long time :)

The current property manager Gina, is one of the sweetest people ever, as a grown man with autism who gets , scared and frustrated, she has been there to help me and she is amazing

I want to start off by saying Ms.Jeana is by far the best manager I’ve ever had she’s knows what she’s doing she’s very understanding and will address any and all situations here at Park on 14th, I’m very proud to say she’s the best at what she does, I wish there were more like her. Thank You Again for helping me with my stay here at Park on 14th. She’s the Best..............
