I have showed at walmart for years . How ever Target has out shined it. Quality of products, cost ,close to home. The staff is always friendly and not pushy. The store is clean and organized. I now make target my go to store . Thankyou

I am so thankful we found this a year ago to leave Colby is a great manager, I feel good knowing if anything goes up she takes care of it right, The different activities she comes up with makes you want to live here, Wil the guy that does everything always greets you with a smile and ask how your doing and always willing to help, if its to open door for you or helping carrying groceries up for you. Park on 14th Ave is a great place to live where they care about the tenants.

Me and my family really like living here, The Manage Colby makes us feel like family and always ask how everything is going always, Wil the maintenance caretaker is always so helpful and always smiles has he is doing his job, and says hello and also ask how are you, This place is a great place to live and raise your family,

Colby, the apartment manager, is amazing. She is quick to respond to emails or phone calls, and is very easy to talk to. Colby is easy to work with and very understanding, even during these uncertain times. She has done an amazing job with the apartments and with the slow changes they are turning around from just a couple years ago!!! If we weren't moving on to better our lives we would have stayed here a little longer under Colby!

Colby is simply awesome! I have had nothing but positive experiences with this apartment complex and all of their management (which is SO hard to find). They are always incredibly responsive with calls and emails. They have been so helpful and willing to work with me. The apartments are also nice!

The managers are very helpful and knowledgeable and they make you feel like family, The maintenance guys are great there too thwy help you out and they always say hi with a smile and they do your work orders right away, I enjoy living here its a great place!

Rude Leasing Staff... The lady in the office has terrible customer service/people skills. I've never experienced such a rude person as a leasing agent or in any form of customer service - Find a new Job - You don't belong in this industry or anywhere that You deal with people.You are NOT a People person. The gentleman that was in the office was very polite and defintiely has excellent people skills.
