Colby is simply awesome! I have had nothing but positive experiences with this apartment complex and all of their management (which is SO hard to find). They are always incredibly responsive with calls and emails. They have been so helpful and willing to work with me. The apartments are also nice!

The managers are very helpful and knowledgeable and they make you feel like family, The maintenance guys are great there too thwy help you out and they always say hi with a smile and they do your work orders right away, I enjoy living here its a great place!

Rude Leasing Staff... The lady in the office has terrible customer service/people skills. I've never experienced such a rude person as a leasing agent or in any form of customer service - Find a new Job - You don't belong in this industry or anywhere that You deal with people.You are NOT a People person. The gentleman that was in the office was very polite and defintiely has excellent people skills.

Odd to think these are the roach apartments I lived in last year. I was paying 860 a month for a 2 bedroom but i guess with them changing hands a couple times really raises the value by just adding new cabinets and new appliances. RIP affordable housing in Longmont. Really quite nice for the price when I was there but no way I would pay what they are asking now. Much better apartments in the area for this price.

Super affordable, management is very responsive, and the AC in my apartment got fully replaced promptly when I brought the issue up. Would live here again, and plan to for a while to come!

My experience all around has been pleasant. From my first tour of the apartments, signing my lease to moving in. This was extremely important to me with me being out of state. My apartment was clean, it’s been quiet and I feel safe here. Not to mention it’s affordable! Thank you Maintaince team and Christina! It’s assuring knowing you’re in good hands when renting, and feeling at home. Do not let the exterior of these homes fool you the interior of the homes are spacious and well kept and the renovations being done are amazing!

We got kicked out of this apartment because we made some noise, There was no warning and suddenly we get a note saying that we have to leave the apartment in 2 days. Terrible place to stay!!
