I haven't moved in yet and I already am so happy and excited for Friday when I do. The management was willing to work with me to get me in an apartment and I am SO grateful for that. They allow pets so I can live with my best friend again after living in a place that didn't allow dogs. Colby has been so great and helpful through the whole process, so extra shout out to her. Highly recommended!

Constance, in leasing is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond for all her residents, genuinely care about each and everyone of us. Constance has made my experience here at Park feeling so welcomed and recognized as a resident. There is no big or small task she will get it done for each and everyone of us! This place is absolutely the "BEST" I have ever seen it. I'm a native to Longmont and have seen these apartment's go through alot,and gitta say they look so much more inviting. I was also impressed with an outside drive in movie the staff here provided for the tenants and was very pleased. "Spectacular job to the staff!"ð¤ð

I personally do not have one complaint! I think management is awesome and maintenance is very quick to respond! When it snows sidewalks are cleared before I even wake up. Very animal friendly and clean

I absolutely love the staff here! They are always willing to help and go out of their way to communicate with us. I enjoy living here, we have great neighbors, it's quiet and the grounds are kept very clean and managed. I will be renewing my lease again and have referred 2 close friends who live here as well!

The office was not helpful on my application process at all, they would tell me one thing and get my hopes up then come back and say something different, email after email I was done trying.

We met with a very pleasant and knowledgeable young woman by the name of Constance. She answered all of our questions is very friendly and outgoing. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Since my wife and I will be moving into the state of Colorado in the next week I am looking forward to seeing Constance again.

I moved in to park on 14th a little over a year ago. This is a great place to have your children grow up there is a park and a pool to play . Most of your neighbors are like family, children play together and adults talk. There is also a place for our fur family members to play in a nice sized dog park. Will (maintenance) is great at his job and friendly (over worked) . Colby (management) is a friendly person and a wonderful land lord. Together Colby and Will keep this place clean and maintained. All in all a great place to live.

I donât know what to say. I lived here for two years and it was downhill the whole way. The best part of this place is the tour, my apartment was so cheaply put together. They will nickel and dime you for everything. The actual rent is much higher than advertised. They tried raising my rent $80 after the first year. They entered, took pictures, and tried to re-lease my apartment before my lease was up and before I gave my keys back and did my final cleaning, cost me my deposit. They used utilities in my name to try and turn the apartment around at my expense. The whole operation is a money-grab. Beware!
