The office was not helpful on my application process at all, they would tell me one thing and get my hopes up then come back and say something different, email after email I was done trying.

We met with a very pleasant and knowledgeable young woman by the name of Constance. She answered all of our questions is very friendly and outgoing. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Since my wife and I will be moving into the state of Colorado in the next week I am looking forward to seeing Constance again.

I moved in to park on 14th a little over a year ago. This is a great place to have your children grow up there is a park and a pool to play . Most of your neighbors are like family, children play together and adults talk. There is also a place for our fur family members to play in a nice sized dog park. Will (maintenance) is great at his job and friendly (over worked) . Colby (management) is a friendly person and a wonderful land lord. Together Colby and Will keep this place clean and maintained. All in all a great place to live.

I don’t know what to say. I lived here for two years and it was downhill the whole way. The best part of this place is the tour, my apartment was so cheaply put together. They will nickel and dime you for everything. The actual rent is much higher than advertised. They tried raising my rent $80 after the first year. They entered, took pictures, and tried to re-lease my apartment before my lease was up and before I gave my keys back and did my final cleaning, cost me my deposit. They used utilities in my name to try and turn the apartment around at my expense. The whole operation is a money-grab. Beware!

We have loved the time we spent here. We moved here for our first apartment and it has been nothing but the best. We get help with anything we need fixed or touched up. Will and Colby have been very helpful to us in every way they could. I love how they make the living community based and include everyone on the activities. Overall I would highly suggest living here, it’s definitely family friendly.

Will is the most outstanding maintenance man I’ve ever had anywhere I’ve ever lived. He responds to all issues right away and I always see him working so hard to keep the place clean. Definitely one of the many reasons I love living at Park on 14th.

Over the past several months and thru out 2020, my husband and I have had the absolute pleasure of interacting with the Leasing Manager-Colby, on behalf of our daughter, son in law and grandchildren. She worked diligently and graciously on our behalf. And every encounter we've had with her We were treated with the utmost respect and professional courtesy. I must apologise on our family's account..as We were unable to fulfil our collective end of obligations it would take to live at Park on 14th.. I can see that Colby works over and above for everyone and is one of the most courteous professional people I've ever met in apartment management ..and I am a mother and grandmother and have lived this planet for quite sometime! Any family who can get their family in there are blessed to do so and I can assure you you will have great management. All of this in 2020-2021 at that! Our family simply wishes to give you the highest rating possible in customer service, Hence this review! Thank you Colby and Park Ave for your time, consideration, And excellence in professional courtesy, as well as public support in building up your residents and a nice local community for folks to live. I have showed at walmart for years . How ever Target has out shined it. Quality of products, cost ,close to home. The staff is always friendly and not pushy. The store is clean and organized. I now make target my go to store . Thankyou

I am so thankful we found this a year ago to leave Colby is a great manager, I feel good knowing if anything goes up she takes care of it right, The different activities she comes up with makes you want to live here, Wil the guy that does everything always greets you with a smile and ask how your doing and always willing to help, if its to open door for you or helping carrying groceries up for you. Park on 14th Ave is a great place to live where they care about the tenants.

Me and my family really like living here, The Manage Colby makes us feel like family and always ask how everything is going always, Wil the maintenance caretaker is always so helpful and always smiles has he is doing his job, and says hello and also ask how are you, This place is a great place to live and raise your family,
