DON’T LIVE HERE. This place is incredibly run down and poorly managed. Don’t fall for the low rent they quote you either. So many hidden fees and you share utilities with everyone else in the building so the bills are outrageous. You will be paying well over $1600/month to live in this slum. Your car will be broken into, all your packages will be stolen from your front door and you’ll be lucky if your heat works. There are loud parties and fights almost every night. Save yourself the stress and find something else. This place is the worst in Longmont.

Edit 2/2/23 - Our Fridge broke, office says they don't care we lost 300$ worth of food. AND WONT REPLACE FOR A WEEK! What's funny is that, apparently, we are in a new remodeled unit! Balcony broke, and the window broke too! Enjoy nothing but garbage living here! DONT EVER MOVE HERE. I live here now, my lease isn't over for like 5 more months, management will always let you know "It's not their problem" absolutely toxic how they are so nice at first, bit once the deed is done, you're all on your own. Neighbors causing disturbances? Your problem, other residents letting dogs run around without leashes? Your problem. So much more. Just please find somewhere else before you have my regret as well.

I live here now, my lease isn't over for like 5 more months, management will always let you know "It's not their problem" absolutely toxic how they are so nice at first, bit once the deed is done, you're all on your own. Neighbors caysing disturbances? Your problem, other residents letting dogs run around without leashes? Your problem. So much more. Just please find somewhere else before you have my regret as well.

I personally have really liked living here! Colby has always been so great to work with and our maintenance man Will is always going above and beyond. The only thing I’ve been a little bit upset about is how much my rent has shot up due to moving in on a special which is understandable but also frustrating. I also don’t like the fact that our utility bill that we get every month from the apartment is very large. But other than that everything is usually really clean and everyone’s very helpful!

I am VERY disappointed in management here, I lived there for four years and cost just kept going up. (They nickel and dime you )washers and dryers ARE NOT FREE as advertised they charge $20 a month to use them ! When I moved they seemed to find every reason to keep my deposit. I cleaned the whole apartment cleaner than they gave it to me. They charged me $50 to clean two windows! (They must have some special stuff to clean windows) they entered my apartment before my lease was up and still made me pay a full months rent. (I left 5 days early) any other place would refund the remainder of rent! Beware, the office manger is EXTREMELY RUDE, she never has time for residents, dislikes when they go into the locked office. I found a brand new place cheaper then what they charge and I have my own washer and dryer as well as HOT WATER EVERY TIME I GO TO USE IT! Something I never had there all those years ! There are major HOT WATER ISSUES there and they NEVER SEEM TO FIX IT ALL THE WAY. If you choose to live here except NOT to get your deposit back and maybe have hot water on top of all the CAM fees no swimming pool cause they don’t want to do the daily stuff needed or if the pool is open this year except it to only be open hace the summer. I give this place zero stars ⭐️ they need new a new manger that care about their residents and the community!

I haven't moved in yet and I already am so happy and excited for Friday when I do. The management was willing to work with me to get me in an apartment and I am SO grateful for that. They allow pets so I can live with my best friend again after living in a place that didn't allow dogs. Colby has been so great and helpful through the whole process, so extra shout out to her. Highly recommended!

Constance, in leasing is absolutely amazing, goes above and beyond for all her residents, genuinely care about each and everyone of us. Constance has made my experience here at Park feeling so welcomed and recognized as a resident. There is no big or small task she will get it done for each and everyone of us! Mr Will (in maintenance) there aren’t enough ways to tell you thanks for all your hard work. No matter what time or day you’re always there with an excellent attitude no matter how big or small the problem is you get the job done!
