I want to start off by saying Ms.Jeana is by far the best manager I’ve ever had she’s knows what she’s doing she’s very understanding and will address any and all situations here at Park on 14th, I’m very proud to say she’s the best at what she does, I wish there were more like her. Thank You Again for helping me with my stay here at Park on 14th. She’s the Best..............

DO NOT MOVE HERE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN! I don't even know where to start with the place. The first problem you will probably notice is the fact that the buildings are disgusting. The only decent one is the building with the office in it. The rugs are filthy. Building 5 is the worst of them all. The safety as well seriously lacks. There are no locks on the outside doors, and at times in the winter homeless people squat in the hallways and use the outlets. Closets, shower doors, etc will all fall off the tracks. Quick. Then you will begin to notice the MOLD that is everywhere in the apartments, as well with water leaking in windows when it rains only causing the mold to become worse. I have never been so constantly sick and nauseous than I have here. I was waking up and going to bed feeling like I was going to puke for weeks on end. No don't even get me started on the people of the neighborhood, which I'm aware isn't management's fault. Keep your kids away. Seriously concerning adults live there and I know many stories of young women and girls who have been harassed or assaulted in the area. As yell as kids getting yelled at, with constant fights. A neighbor was punched in the face for defending minors who were being beaten up by a grown man. There are constant calls to the police due to general violence, and I don't just mean high school kids getting in fights. I mean adults with weapons. For the last year at this complex I refused to go outside in the neighborhood due to the people and drama. AVOID PARK ON 14TH (and if you can, longmont as a whole)

DON’T LIVE HERE. This place is incredibly run down and poorly managed. Don’t fall for the low rent they quote you either. So many hidden fees and you share utilities with everyone else in the building so the bills are outrageous. You will be paying well over $1600/month to live in this slum. Your car will be broken into, all your packages will be stolen from your front door and you’ll be lucky if your heat works. There are loud parties and fights almost every night. Save yourself the stress and find something else. This place is the worst in Longmont.

Edit 2/2/23 - Our Fridge broke, office says they don't care we lost 300$ worth of food. AND WONT REPLACE FOR A WEEK! What's funny is that, apparently, we are in a new remodeled unit! Balcony broke, and the window broke too! Enjoy nothing but garbage living here! DONT EVER MOVE HERE. I live here now, my lease isn't over for like 5 more months, management will always let you know "It's not their problem" absolutely toxic how they are so nice at first, bit once the deed is done, you're all on your own. Neighbors causing disturbances? Your problem, other residents letting dogs run around without leashes? Your problem. So much more. Just please find somewhere else before you have my regret as well.

I live here now, my lease isn't over for like 5 more months, management will always let you know "It's not their problem" absolutely toxic how they are so nice at first, bit once the deed is done, you're all on your own. Neighbors caysing disturbances? Your problem, other residents letting dogs run around without leashes? Your problem. So much more. Just please find somewhere else before you have my regret as well.

I personally have really liked living here! Colby has always been so great to work with and our maintenance man Will is always going above and beyond. The only thing I’ve been a little bit upset about is how much my rent has shot up due to moving in on a special which is understandable but also frustrating. I also don’t like the fact that our utility bill that we get every month from the apartment is very large. But other than that everything is usually really clean and everyone’s very helpful!
