Super affordable, management is very responsive, and the AC in my apartment got fully replaced promptly when I brought the issue up. Would live here again, and plan to for a while to come!

My experience all around has been pleasant. From my first tour of the apartments, signing my lease to moving in. This was extremely important to me with me being out of state. My apartment was clean, itâs been quiet and I feel safe here. Not to mention itâs affordable! Thank you Maintaince team and Christina! Itâs assuring knowing youâre in good hands when renting, and feeling at home. Do not let the exterior of these homes fool you the interior of the homes are spacious and well kept and the renovations being done are amazing!
