I have lived here for two years now and Park on 14th is definitely an older property that requires routine maintenance and upkeep. Thankfully, we have Joe and Jeana who are incredible assets to us. I had a leak in my bathtub that was steaming up my entire bathroom and Jeana coordinated with Joe extremely quickly to get it fully resolved! Joe is a breath of fresh air, especially compared to the former maintenance guy. It is hard to trust a stranger to come into your home and fix things, but he is so kind and is working tirelessly through many many requests. When there is any kind of emergency maintenance they are so quick and show real concern rather than ever blowing me off. Jeana is especially kind and willing to walk residents through their questions, especially lease questions. As long as you communicate your needs to the office, you will receive fantastic service despite the residents seriously outnumbering the staff. The staff maintains professionalism despite some residents hurling some pretty horrific insults at them that I overheard on my way to the office. I'm blown away at how on it Jeana is and that she genuinely cares about the residents. She truly works harder than I have ever seen a property manager work, and I rented many different apartments during my college years. If Jeana and Joe were not so wonderful, this property simply could not operate effectively. Thank you for all y'all's hard work!!
