This place sucks. I have lived here for a couple of years. The maintenance suck and they do a quick patch. The majority of the time, i would fix it. When first moved in, one of the bathrooms was missing a shower head, connections to outlets were loose , and pop off using due to them using the wrong screws. manager has an attitude when you call. Dog poop in front of the door where you come out to the parking lot. Trying to get a hold of the office is impossible. I finally moved, cleaned up, scrubbed the wall, and vacuumed left in good condition. I was charged 2000.00 for cleaning and painting.

I lived here for a year. The hot water hardly worked, the washer and dryers barely worked. When I put in 2 work orders and put in saying I spent more money at a laundry mat since I canât do my own laundry there. Being charged for extra cam charges. After everything it was time to leave. The codes on the doors work except the back door by the leasing office was broken and you would find homeless on the stairs shooting up. It was unsafe. I will never go back.

I love living at Park on 14th. The property manager Jeana is very approachable and helpful. Tarl is always willing to help but he will always say please put in a work order so I don't forget.

Just did not feel right. The pr is much better than the actual foundation. My nice, like new jacket got a terrible rip on the sleeve from a sharp metal protrusion on the entrance door, to which the manager responded that I should not have leaned on the door that I had just walked through it with her. Then she said all the doors here are like this, implying that it still must be my fault. Telling me that there was nothing they could do about my jacket. Also since posting this they send a caned response that shows they did not even read the review so I am going to lower it to one star.

Been living here for 4 months now, and figured Iâd finally do a google review. Before moving in, the reviews made me nervous. I am a person with low credit, but I also have children that need to be housed. Jeanna, the office manager, and her partner at the time were nothing but angels through the process and fought for me and my child to have one of their units. Since then, they have been empathetic towards my situations, quick with responses from maintenance, and truly people I can trust. The maintenance guy, TK, is a whole other story! His character and kindness shines through every interaction we have had to have. He is extremely honest about whatâs going on with your unit issues at hand, and maybe sometimes itâs not always an immediate fix, things are done extremely quickly compared to other places I have lived. Iâve built quite a community of what Iâd say are lifelong friends here, and itâs a breath of fresh air to see children ALWAYS out playing and laughing. Thank you Park on 14th!

Creo que este establecimiento se aprovecha de las personas que no habla ingles. If you are considering living here, ask to take a stroll through building 2. I lived here for two years. Firstly let me state that this complex has very nice open spaces that are green and well maintained and also it is located very close to shopping which is nice. However, the building I was in was disgusting. Stained floors, awful smells that you would have to trudge through to get to your unit. Speaking of the units, the electrical outlets were all worn out and would not hold a plug. We had one outlet that we could simply never use. The units have wall mounted air conditioners that do nothing to keep the bedrooms cool. I believe Some utilities are on shared bills with the the whole building, which means that no matter how energy smart you are, it doesnât mean anything unless all your neighbors are too. The lock on the shared laundry room was always broken and it was used freely by non residents. The entire building was expected to pay monthly laundry rental fees and share 2 washers and 2 dryers, and it was very rare that all of them were ever operational at the same time. When I asked management about this they informed me that I could go and use the machines in another building. Which struck me as unfair. At night there were car alarms and shouting going off at all hours. The parking lot used to be used by transients until they started registering cars at the office. Which was nice but then they started charging monthly for parking. Be sure to ask about the random and sporadic monthly payments in your bill for services that do not benefit residents. Once or twice the online payment platform went down so rent had to be paid in person by cashiers check which costs money and is time consuming. The office staff are nice and well meaning but never forget that they are employees of a massive landholding corporate barony that does not care about you.
